This recently completed project included the renovation and second floor addition to a single family home in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood. The owners were originally looking to add a master suite and redo the dated kitchen. During construction, the project expanded to include new windows and exterior siding, foundation repairs, mechanical system updates, and additional improvements.
